Glebedale School in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and group support, helping students engage and achieve within a nurturing environment.
You will work with teachers and a multidisciplinary team to promote confidence, wellbeing and independence, supporting progress across a broad curriculum and contributing to individual plans.
Location: Glebedale School, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3AY
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday - Friday
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

Glebedale School is a special needs school which provides provision for ages 7 years and upwards. We provide a nurturing and welcoming environment to SEMH students, and our curriculum has a keen focus on therapy, education and personal development. Our school aims to help students grow academically, socially and emotionally to enable them to become capable future citizens. We provide education to 40 students from the Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire areas. At our last Ofsted in July 2025, we were rated "Good".
At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
