• Progress Tracking: Provide detailed feedback to teaching staff on learner progress against set targets.
• Outcome Focus: Help learners achieve their desired outcomes and progression destinations.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Develop positive working relationships with external agencies in multi-agency settings.

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-16:30

Salary: 22,981 actual per annum (Pro-rata, based on a 24,540 full-time equivalent)
