Job summary

Greenway Junior School in Horsham is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in achieving their full potential. The role involves working with class teachers and the SENCo to support children both in and out of the classroom.

The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, offering opportunities to develop skills and gain experience in a collaborative environment. Hours are 32.5 per week during term time, with a pro-rated salary and benefits under GLF Schools.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English minimum grade C or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and support children in learning is preferred.

The Details

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm.

Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).

Salary: GLF Associate 2, point 1 - £24,751

Actual Salary: £19,222.97
