Long Term Futures is seeking a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant to work in a Special Educational Needs school in the DE7 area. You will provide support to pupils with Autism and additional needs, delivering both group and individual assistance and helping to maintain structured routines throughout the day.

The role focuses on supporting learning, engagement, emotional regulation and independence, with a strong emphasis on clear boundaries, consistency, and a supportive learning

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD and related needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain clear expectations and consistent boundaries.
• Reliable and committed to a long-term placement.
• Experience in schools or care settings is advantageous.

Long Term Futures is looking for a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant to work in a Special Educational Needs school in the DE7 area. This role will involve supporting multiple pupils with Autism and additional needs within grounds of the school

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive SEN environment and can provide structure, consistency, and encouragement to pupils who require additional support throughout the school day.

• Reliable and committed to a long-term placement
• Previous experience working in schools, care and support or children with learning difficulties would be advantageous.
