Long Term Futures is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 and in hubs with pupils who have Autism and additional needs. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to provide structure, consistency and encouragement throughout the school day.
The role focuses on emotional regulation, small group support and helping pupils engage with lessons using clear routines and supportive strategies. A long-term placement with weekly pay and CPD is offered.
