Job summary

Long Term Futures Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 and within hubs, supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs on a full-time, long-term temporary basis. The role involves supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation, using clear routines to help pupils feel settled and assisting during lessons and structured activities.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting pupils with ASD, strong communication and relationship-building

Long Term Futures are looking for a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis and within hubs. This role will involve supporting multiple pupils with Autism and additional needs within grounds of the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive SEN environment and can provide structure, consistency, and encouragement to pupils who require additional support throughout the school day.
