2 Learning Support Assistants - SEN School - Brentwood, Essex

Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Help pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Create a safe, encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.
