You will support teachers in creative teaching approaches tailored to pupils' educational needs, maximizing achievement and development. This role is ideal for those interested in starting or continuing a career in Education, especially with experience or interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities include working with individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships to promote learning. You will also have opportunities to assist in lesson planning and delivery.
Educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, you should be calm, engaging, resilient, team-oriented, and motivated to help pupils reach their potential.
