Job summary

TimePlan Education Group LTD are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to start asap on an ongoing long-term assignment at an all-girls secondary school in East London. The role involves supporting students with mild learning difficulties, providing personal care, and requiring a manual handling certificate.

You will plan and deliver 1:1 and group sessions, with mediation and workshops as needed. The school is part of the World Class Schools network, located centrally with access to CPD for staff

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with mild learning difficulties.
• Manual handling certificate required.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate 1:1 and group sessions, mediation and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with relevant staff to identify and address needs of students requiring help to overcome barriers to learning.
