Job summary

Engage Education in Oldham seeks a Learning Progress Coach to support a KS4 student with complex SEMH needs. You will deliver tailored 1:1 academic assistance outside normal class hours, across several subjects, and track progress throughout the academic year.

The role runs Monday to Friday in Oldham, with a fixed term from September 2026 to July 2027, paying £95 per day during term time. Strong communication and a patient, resilient attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree.
• Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching.
• Excellent communication skills.
