Job summary

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is recruiting a Courses Coordinator in Stevenage with hybrid working. You will deliver and oversee a portfolio of technical and professional development courses, supporting both in-person and online training, and ensuring a seamless delegate journey.

You will coordinate registrations, communications, and logistics, monitor course performance, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused, administrative, learning, or coordination roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical and professional development courses across face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Manage course registrations and learner records using internal systems.
• Maintain and update the central course calendar for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support course promotion and website content.
• Coordinate bookings, joining instructions and customer communications.
• Build relationships with customers, trainers, venues and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute trainer and delegate materials with accurate version control.
• Support virtual course delivery and troubleshoot technical queries.
