Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused or administrative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical and professional development courses.
• Manage course registrations and learner records in internal systems.
• Maintain the central course calendar and share timely information with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support course promotion and content reviews.
• Coordinate bookings, joining instructions and customer communications.
• Build relationships with customers, trainers, venues and internal teams.
