Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Delivery Coordinator in Milton Keynes. You will plan, coordinate and deliver tutor training days, matching tutor expertise to client needs and budgets. You will manage tutor diaries, respond quickly to requests and ensure data accuracy across systems.

The role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management and a proactive approach in a fast-moving hybrid environment with English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tutors, Sales and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery.
• Manage and coordinate tutor diaries and respond to scheduling requests.
• Plan workload for non-delivery days including personal development activities.
• Maintain accurate data and records across Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and meet monthly delivery targets.
• Identify and resolve scheduling challenges before impact on delivery.
