Protocol Education is seeking an experienced Learning Partner to work full-time in a North Bristol primary school, providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child in Key Stage 2 with complex behavioural needs. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SEND team, staying patient, calm and emotionally regulated.
The role focuses on de-escalation, positive behaviour strategies, building trust, and adapting approaches to individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
