Protocol Education Limited is recruiting an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for a primary school in Filton to support pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement with learning.
You will be confident building positive relationships with pupils while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries, and you will use de-escalation strategies to help children re-engage with learning after difficult moments.
Some pupils need someone who can look beyond behaviour and understand what is driving it.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
