Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester (Piccadilly Place) is seeking an Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to support learning, development, talent and organisational development activity within the People Directorate. The role offers progression from administrative tasks to autonomy, analysis and ownership of workstreams at Band 6 levels.

You will work across L&D and organisational development teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning, training or organisational development in a professional People function.
• Strong organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort coordinating priorities with HR, learning or performance systems and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive learning and organisational development support across teams.
• Manage learning systems, records, mandatory/compliance training and reporting.
• Support budgets, procurement, apprenticeships and early careers initiatives.
