Job summary

The FA is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join its Talent team. This role supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning offerings, contributing to initiatives from a new learning platform to coaching and mentoring frameworks.

You will collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager, promote the L&D offer, and help deliver engaging programmes across Wembley Stadium or St George's Park with hybrid working and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering learning and development initiatives in a professional environment.
• Experience designing, adapting or delivering learning content.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness, including monitoring budgets and interpreting financial information.
• Confidence using learning systems and technology to enhance the learner experience.
• A collaborative, proactive and curious approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning and development initiatives that support organisational and individual capability
• Promote the L&D offer, driving awareness, participation and engagement across the organisation
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate learning programmes and events
• Support the implementation and optimisation of the learning management system and wider learning technology, embedding more blended learning
• Input to the design of learning solutions, workshops and development activities
• Help develop and embed a coaching and mentoring framework, and support apprenticeship and early careers opportunities
• Contribute to learning pathways and mandatory training frameworks, including solutions for the casual workforce
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, and use data to evaluate and improve programmes
