Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist in Southampton to provide operational support within its Learning, Talent & Development team. The role is onsite at least 3 days per week and runs for a 6-month contract, Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development administration and coordination.
• Ability to administer LMS platforms and manage learner enrolments.
• Proven stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning-related inboxes, learner queries, and service requests.
• Coordinate training requests from approval through to booking and completion.
• Maintain learning records, reports, and documentation.
• Administer Workday Learning and support learner enrolments and assignments.
• Manage access and support for learning platforms and apprenticeship systems.
• Coordinate with external learning providers and training suppliers.
• Support purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related administration.
• Document processes and support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
