Bond Williams seeks an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Southampton. The role focuses on coordinating learning operations, managing requests, and administering the Workday Learning/LMS system.

You will support learners and stakeholders, coordinate suppliers, and maintain accurate records. Hybrid working arrangement offered (3 days in the Southampton office) with an immediate start.

Formación

• L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration experience.
• Workday Learning or HR system experience (desirable).
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage learning requests and approvals.
• Administer Workday Learning/LMS.
• Support learners and stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinate suppliers and training providers.
• Process training administration and record-keeping.
