Mondrian Alpha in London is hiring a Learning Operations Specialist to drive the people growth agenda. You will run the LMS day-to-day, manage course sign-ups and reporting, and ensure completion data stays robust.

Collaborating with HR, Securities and Compliance, you’ll deliver mandatory regulatory training on time while resolving platform issues and documenting processes. The role offers strong progression as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in L&D operations or talent development.
• Exposure to e-learning authoring tools.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and multi-workstream juggling.

Job description

A leading global investment firm is hiring a Learning Operations Specialist to support their people growth and development agenda as the business continues to scale.

This is a newly created role reporting into an L&D Director. A core focus will be around how learning gets delivered across the business, running the firm's LMS platform day-to-day, keeping course assignments, sign-ups, notifications and reporting accurate and up to date, and making sure completion data is robust. A significant part of the job involves working alongside HR, Securities and Compliance colleagues each year to get mandatory regulatory training out to the whole firm on time. You'll be the main point of contact for the platform provider, sorting out technical or access issues as they crop up, and putting documented processes in place so the function runs smoothly. You will also explore how the firm's tools and AI capability could be used more effectively over time.

We're looking for someone with 4-8 years' experience in a similar role, with a background centred on L&D operations or Talent Development. You should have exposure to e-learning authoring tools. It is important to be organised and detail-focused, and be able to juggle multiple workstreams at once whilst adding processes to new workflows.
