Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Learning Advisor to support the learning function. Hybrid working with strong emphasis on delivering engaging training, managing the LMS (SuccessFactors) and coordinating with participants and vendors.

You will handle enrolments, booking classrooms, preparing materials, and producing learning activity reports while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies. Professional development and wellbeing benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or related HR advisory roles.
• Proficient in SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage projects and timelines independently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting performance management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with participants and vendors.
• Managing enrolment in instructor-led programs.
• Managing our LMS in SuccessFactors.
• High-level reporting on learning activities.
• Carrying out other duties as assigned.
• Maintaining training records and attendance data.
• Booking classrooms and webinars and ensuring proper setup.
• Preparing and disseminating course material.
• Acting as a point of contact for vendors and participants.
• Submitting reports on training activities and results.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline learning processes and automation.
