Job summary

The National Theatre seeks a Learning Operations Coordinator to help plan and deliver the organisation's Learning events. This role sits in the Learning Operations team, handling logistics, systems, policies and compliance related to the Learning programme, and coordinating with other NT departments.

The Coordinator will support strategic goals, build relationships across departments, analyse debrief data for improvements, manage the Clore Learning Centre spaces and learning resources, and may

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within a professional organisation.
• Experience working in an arts organisation including museum and heritage sectors.
• Experience working on live events.
• Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders and/or departments.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver distinctive, high-quality Learning events.
• Support strategic and creative goals of the Learning department.
• Build strong cross-department relationships and advocate for Learning programmes.
• Collect and analyse data from Event Debriefs to drive improvements.
• Care for and maintain learning spaces and resources, including tech equipment; lead small projects and events when appropriate.
