Job summary

National Theatre is seeking a Learning Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of the Learning events. You will work within the Learning Operations team, coordinating logistics, systems, policies and compliance related to the Learning programme.

You will build strong cross-department relationships, analyse event debrief data for improvements, and help maintain the Clore Learning Centre spaces and learning resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within a professional organisation.
• Experience working in an arts organisation including museum/heritage sector.
• Experience working on live events.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders and departments.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the Learning events as part of the Learning Operations team.
• Collaborate with the Learning Operations Manager (Events) and Deputy Manager (Events).
• Manage data from event debriefs and derive actionable insights for improvement.
• Care for and maintain the Clore Learning Centre spaces, resources and tech equipment.
• Lead smaller projects and independently manage events where required.
