• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of customer shopping channels.

• Effective in delivering information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional People Manager and Regional Learning Partner to deliver academy learning service.
• Develop learners and coordinate training programmes including employability schemes for customer assistants.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver inductions across the region in line with demand.
• Maintain academy facilities and learning hubs to high standards.
• Ensure a welcoming and productive learning experience for colleagues.
