About the role

Learning Mentor Vacancy, between 30 to 37 hours a week, based on a 30-acre care farm.

Salary range: £14 to £15.50 an hour.

The role can be offered as full-time, part-time (minimum of 30 hours), or term-time only, with some flexibility over hours for the right candidate.

Based in rural West Dorset, Future Roots is a well-established provider of complementary education and re-engagement services for children and young people. We work with schools and Local Authority Children's Services, using a farm environment and animals to offer learning and therapeutic experiences to help young people overcome trauma and challenges.

We are expanding and looking for someone with experience working with children and young people, who has an affinity with outdoor environments and animals.
