Job summary

Holy Trinity CofE Primary Academy in England is seeking a Learning Mentor on a fixed-term contract to 31/08/2027. The role is part-time with 15 or 22.5 hours per week depending on need, with pro rata salary between £10,308 and £16,597 per year according to hours and weeks.

The successful candidate will support pupils' emotional wellbeing, personal development and engagement in learning, building strong relationships with children, families and staff in a nurturing Church of England academy.

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and positive ethos.

Nature of Contract: Fixed term to 31/08/2027.

FTE Salary: C2, SCP 15-19, £30,024 - £32,061 per annum, pro rata.

Actual Salary: £10,308 - £11,007 based on 15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year + 2 days.

Actual Salary: £15,543 - £16,597 based on 22.5 hours per week 38 weeks per year + 3 days.

Working Hours: Part time. To be discussed.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Mentor to support pupils' emotional wellbeing, personal development and engagement in learning. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with children, families and staff, helping pupils to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in a nurturing school environment..
