Warner Hotels is seeking a Learning Manager to lead the learning and development agenda, translating people priorities into practical programmes that enhance capability and performance. This standalone role reports to Head of Talent and balances design, delivery and operations.
You will work 3 days a week at our Hemel Hempstead Hub or our hotels and 2 days a week at home, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving activity at pace with minimal direction.
The Learning Manager is responsible for delivering Warner Hotels' learning and development agenda, ensuring our teams have access to engaging, high-quality development opportunities that build capability, support career growth and enhance business performance. Working closely with the Head of Talent and stakeholders across the business, the Learning Manager will translate people and talent priorities into practical learning solutions, programmes and initiatives that make a measurable difference to colleague experience and organisational performance. This is a standalone role with responsibility for the day-to-day management, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development across Warner. The Learning Manager will combine learning design, facilitation, stakeholder management, project delivery and learning operations, meaning you'll be a highly organised individual who enjoys both creating solutions and making things happen. In this role, you'll need to be a proactive and self-sufficient learning professional who is comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple priorities and driving activity forward with minimal direction. You'll take ownership of delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure learning activity is implemented effectively and at pace.
