Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Learning Manager to steer the learning and development agenda across the business. You will translate talent priorities into practical programmes, responsibilities include design, delivery, stakeholder management and operations, all while working with minimal direction.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the role is hybrid with 3 days in Hemel Hempstead and 2 days remote, requiring strong organisation, multi-project leadership and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes from concept to delivery.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience using digital learning platforms and virtual delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a broad workload.
• Hospitality/consumer-focused environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate people and talent priorities into practical learning solutions and initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day management, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development.
