Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Leisure Manager to lead our Sports and Leisure departments, including indoor and outdoor pools. You will collaborate with the Spa Manager to drive guest experiences, manage budgets and P&L, and uphold high standards of service and safety across wellness, fitness, activities, and spa offerings.

The role requires proven leadership in sports/leisure, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment.
• Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications.
• Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development.

Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.
