Warner Hotels’ Runnymede on Thames in Egham seeks an Entertainment Supervisor to lead entertainment delivery and guest service during shifts. You will oversee operations, coordinate with managers, handle guest queries, and maintain high standards of safety and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader across the department and monitor standards.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift and handle queries.
• Maintain visibility in public areas to support engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams across all departments.
• Reallocate resources during busy periods to maintain service levels.
• Motivate teams and lead by example with a positive approach.
• Ensure adherence to H&S, hygiene standards and company policies.
• Act as person responsible for emergency procedures and first aid.
• Complete incident reports and escalate as needed.
• Monitor upselling opportunities across rooms, F&B, leisure and retail.
• Ensure correct cash handling and billing processes.
• Prepare shift handovers and reports on key events and challenges.
• Communicate urgent matters to senior leadership promptly.
• Liaise with organisers and internal teams for event requirements.
• Take decisive action during emergencies to minimise disruption.

Warner Hotels are recruiting for an EntertainmentSupervisor. The Entertainment Supervisor is responsible for the smooth delivery of entertainment during their shift, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive guest experience. The role combines operational leadership with a practical, guest-focused approach, making sure every detail is well managed while responding effectively to any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

• Act as theonshiftleader acrossthedepartment.
• Monitor operational standards and efficiency in all areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.

Guest Service & Experience

• Handle queries, complaints, VIPs, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain visibility in public areas to support engagement and satisfaction.

Team Support & Leadership

• Provide onshift support and guidance to teams across all departments.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to H&S regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

Event & Function Support

• Liaise withorganisersand internal teams to ensure requirements are met.

Problem Solving & Crisis Management

• Take decisive action during emergencies or unexpected issues.
• Coordinate teams tominimisedisruption and ensure guest safety
