Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with managers across the business to design and introduce practical learning and development initiatives. This is a varied, hands‑on position offering the opportunity to build frameworks, develop engaging programmes and make a genuine impact on how people learn and progress.
This diverse role will entail:
Applicants will have proven experience within Learning & Development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering development programmes. Experience of developing competency frameworks, skills matrices or structured performance development processes is particularly important.
You will be a confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable working with managers at all levels to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful development opportunities.
We are looking for someone who combines creativity with structure, enjoys taking ownership and has the confidence to introduce new ideas while remaining hands‑on with delivery.
