Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing learning, capability and development needs.
• Experience designing and evaluating leadership or people development programmes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use evidence and data to show impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of people development programmes from diagnosis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and design solutions.
• Create learning resources and digital content for accessible learning.
