Job summary

The University of Hertfordshire Students' Union is seeking an Learning & Development Adviser to lead and coordinate a broad range of learning programmes. You will work with colleagues and managers to identify development needs and create engaging, accessible opportunities that support student-focused services and representation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning and development programmes.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and managers.
• Experience delivering training using multiple formats (in-person, online, blended).
• Commitment to inclusive learning and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning and development opportunities addressing organisational needs.
• Implement Leadership Development Framework with internal and external training.
• Deliver high-quality learning with internal teams and external providers.
• Develop Elected Officer training programme with relevant stakeholders.
• Support learning across face-to-face, online and blended formats.
• Promote opportunities and monitor participation and accessibility.
• Coordinate mandatory and compliance-related learning and communications.
