You'll deliver face-to-face and digital programmes, including graduate, internship, coaching and mentoring, and apprenticeship development, ensuring impact and a culture of continuous learning.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Talent & Development Partner to join our People team at InPost UK. This is a hands-on role for an engaging facilitator who enjoys bringing learning to life. Working closely with the Talent & Development Lead, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences, coach managers, and support the development of our people at every stage of their career.
As our Talent & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in embedding our organisational development strategy by delivering high-quality training, adapting content to suit diverse audiences, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning and development. This role enables the Talent & Development Lead to focus on strategic programme ownership while you take the lead on exceptional learning delivery.
You’ll be an experienced facilitator who thrives on helping others learn and develop. You'll combine excellent delivery skills with creativity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll be happy to travel to various locations within the business to deliver engaging, face-to-face training sessions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the organisation.
