RTX is seeking a Learning Innovation Manager to lead next‑generation training capabilities and digital learning initiatives in the UK. The role focuses on evaluating emerging technologies, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance across Defence training programs.

Based in Winnersh/near Reading, the role offers hybrid working, a competitive package, and a discretionary bonus.

Formación

• Experience communicating with stakeholders outside the training development team.
• Awareness of DSAT (JSP 822) and ADDIE principles and their application to training design and development.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and quality assure multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experienced and capable of working autonomously and within a team.
• Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to training design.
• Ensure training designs align with internal quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of future learning capability by identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative approaches that enhance training effectiveness and readiness.
• Identify and evaluate emerging learning technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance training capability.
• Develop and maintain the long-term learning innovation strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovation pilots to validate new learning approaches.
• Champion the adoption of modern learning technologies and digital solutions to improve learner performance.
• Establish governance and assurance processes maintaining policy, quality, and security requirements.
