The King’s Trust is seeking two Learning Facilitators in Birmingham to deliver our broad range of training programmes to internal staff and volunteers. You will empower colleagues to better support young people while handling a mix of in-person and MS Teams sessions.

You will travel across the UK for learning delivery, with regular nights away as required. Experience with inclusive training and strong EDI understanding is essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Deliver training programmes to internal staff and volunteers.
• Deliver learning content face-to-face and via MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of learning content to staff in Delivery teams.
• Support colleagues to build effective relationships with young people and manage group dynamics.
• Provide inclusive and accessible sessions with strong understanding of EDI.
