• Lead and deliver the required number of King’s Trust Team Programmes at the College.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning and assessment to help learners achieve qualifications.
• Set and review individual learner goals and targets; monitor progress and maintain records.
• Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for learners with diverse needs.
