The Learning team at The Trust is looking for two enthusiastic and experienced L&D professionals to join the team as Learning Facilitators. Responsible for delivering our broad range of training programmes to internal staff and volunteers, this exciting role will see you upskill and empower our colleagues to better support young people.
You will deliver a wide range of learning content, both face-to-face and on MS Teams, predominantly to staff in our Delivery teams, who work on the frontline directly with young people. The learning you’ll deliver will range from supporting colleagues to build effective relationships with young people, to positively managing group dynamics and behaviour, to equipping colleagues to provide inclusive and engaging sessions for young people. Whatever you deliver, we will want you to have a strong understanding of EDI, using this to deliver in a way that is inclusive and accessible.
We’ll also want you to play an active role in the ongoing feedback and development cycle for our learning products, using your first-hand experience of delivery to inform recommendations around changes and improvements, and then piloting those changes with learners.
It’s a fast-paced, varied and ever-changing role, but you’ll be supported by a dedicated Learning team, who are committed to delivering work of the highest quality.
This role is perfect for you if you have demonstrable experience of delivering effective and inclusive training.
