Job summary

Abnormal is seeking a Learning Experience Facilitator to lead live onboarding and manager enablement programs across regions. You will design sessions grounded in adult-learning science and leverage AI tools to personalize content, shaping fast ramp times and strong retention for new hires and leaders.

You will own the program lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and iteration—while coordinating with stakeholders across time zones and regions.

Qualifications

4+ years of live adult-learning facilitation, virtual and in-person, with ability to read a room and foster psychological safety.
End-to-end program ownership from idea through objectives, design, delivery and iteration.
Creativity and a clear point of view on program design and continuous improvement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Comfort adopting AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

Facilitate live onboarding and enablement sessions across regions, virtual and in person.
Design and author session content grounded in adult-learning science (AGES: Attention, Generation, Emotion, Spacing).
Coordinate programs across regions and stakeholders: scheduling, logistics, and time-zone management.
Measure learning impact, run feedback loops, and translate findings into improvements.
Extend facilitation to manager enablement and other People programs as the team scales.
Operate AI-native: use AI tools to draft, personalize, and refresh content.
