Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Learning Operations Manager to drive apprenticeship strategy, governance, and levy optimisation amid a rapid AI-enabled upskilling program. You will manage providers, budgets and learning requests while delivering dashboards and reports that translate data into decisions.

The role collaborates with a fast-moving People team, ensuring governance and cost-control across the learning function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing apprenticeship strategy, levy use and provider relationships.
• Strong track record in external learning budget management and vendor performance.
• Experience building and owning learning reporting, dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to support annual planning, forecasting and budget tracking in L&D.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead apprenticeship, internship and graduate strategy, governance and levy use.
• Manage apprenticeship providers end-to-end, ensuring compliance and completion rates.
• Oversee external training requests, approvals and budgets with transparent spend and outcomes.
• Evaluate suppliers and learning outcomes, ensuring value for money.
• Own learning reporting and performance metrics for clear business insights.
• Support annual planning, forecasting and wider learning budget tracking.
• Use data to identify capability gaps and AI upskilling opportunities.
• Partner with People team to bring structure in a fast-growing environment.
