Job summary

Multiverse seeks a human judgment specialist to sit atop our AI-assisted content pipeline, ensuring learning is high-touch, high-stakes, and genuinely transformative. You’ll decide what AI got right, fix what it didn’t, and craft the parts no AI can—delivering content that changes careers.

You’ll design outcomes, not just content, using backward design to create programs where success is measured by on‑the‑job abilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ADDIE and backward design with measurable, job-aligned outcomes.
• Ability to identify and fix learning issues driving real outcomes.
• Fluency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering for content development.
• Design learning experiences around complex generative/agentic AI concepts for diverse learner personas.
• Proven ability to influence peers and stakeholders toward curriculum improvements.
• Resilience in handling blockers and adapting to new information.

Responsibilities

• Design outcomes and not just content using backward design.
• Identify when learning isn’t landing and scope revisions to improve outcomes.
• Build high-touch, AI-assisted learning assets and experiences.
• Use AI deliberately to accelerate content development and explore new approaches.
• Collaborate with Programme Designers and senior stakeholders on quality and pedagogy.
• Prototype new formats and balance speed with sustainability for reuse.
