Job summary

Beaverbrook in Leatherhead seeks a Training & Engagement Manager to lead our learning, development and employee engagement agenda across the Estate. You will design and deliver learning strategies, enhance engagement initiatives and ensure teams have the skills, confidence and support to deliver exceptional service.

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Employee Engagement.
• Ability to design and deliver training programmes.
• Experience managing or mentoring others.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beaverbrook’s learning, development and engagement strategy.
• Design and deliver leadership, management and service excellence programmes.
• Manage induction experience and wider learning journey.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities.
• Oversee apprenticeships and early careers development opportunities.
• Act as the lead for MapalOne LMS.
• Analyse training data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Coach the Training & Engagement Advisor and develop capability across teams.
