Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Learning Demand, Capacity and Delivery Specialist on a 12‑month fixed term contract in Leeds. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and a 37‑hour week, to help deliver essential learning across the business.

You will own the learning demand and compliance pipeline, build reliable capacity plans, and provide insightful reports on course utilisation and delivery performance to enable informed decisions and value for money.

Formación

• Significant experience in demand management, resource planning or learning operations within a complex organisation.
• Expert-level Excel, Power BI and data reporting capability, with experience designing, building, automating and maintaining robust reports, dashboards and analytical models.
• Proven ability to reconcile data from multiple sources to provide reliable demand, capacity and delivery insights.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, issues and opportunities and translate into actions.
• Experience building delivery and burn-down plans balancing demand, capacity and deadlines.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights with concise narratives and visuals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the learning demand and compliance pipeline, maintaining a clear and accurate view of current, overdue and forecast training requirements across the business.
• Create trusted reporting and insight on learning demand, compliance, course availability, capacity, completion and outstanding requirements to support effective decision‑making.
• Build and maintain the compliance burn-down plan, ensuring a credible route to achieving compliance targets.
• Monitor course utilisation and delivery efficiency, using data on fill rates, attendance, cancellations and places to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and prioritise learning demand, balancing regulatory requirements with business priorities and available capacity.
• Plan learning capacity and resources, identifying constraints and balancing demand against trainer, administration and venue availability.
• Maintain an integrated learning plan with milestones, ownership and dependencies.
• Coordinate and control delivery, tracking progress and identifying risks early for recovery actions.
• Provide actionable data and insight to stakeholders to drive compliance and learning outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and value for money by improving data quality and planning.
