Job summary

We Change Lives in Northwest England is seeking a Learning Disability Night Support Worker for Woolston, Warrington. This is a permanent, 24 hours per week role with a two-week rolling rota and night shifts.

As Night Support Worker you will provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, helping them stay safe, respected and included in their own homes during the night. This role is female-only due to care needs under the Equality Act.

About the Service

Woolston is a welcoming Supported Living home for four people with learning and physical disabilities, including people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). The home offers a comfortable, homely environment where people receive personalised support to live fulfilling lives.

This is a female-only role due to the personal care needs of the people we support. This is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

• £12.71 per hour + £1.00 per hour night enhancement
• Permanent – 24 hours per week
• 2 days on, 3 days off rolling rota

As a Night Support Worker, you'll support people with learning disabilities to live safely and independently in their own home. You'll provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and inclusion, helping each person feel safe, respected and valued throughout the night.

Working Pattern

24 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota.

Week 1

• Monday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
• Friday: 10:00pm – 10:00am

Week 2

• Saturday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
• Sunday: 10:00pm – 10:00am

£12.71 per hour

Permanent 24 hour contract

3 on / 3 off rolling rota
