We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Learning Disability Night Support Worker to join our community-based residential care in Warrington. The role involves personal care, behavioural support, and fostering independence for residents with learning and physical disabilities.
Training is provided and you will work across shifts on a two-week rolling rota. We offer nights with enhanced pay, opportunities for development, and access to benefits including health support, discounts, and flexible earning

Hours per week: 31–33 hours per week
Salary: £12.71 per hour

MG is a welcoming, homely residential home that caters to up to six individuals with learning and physical disabilities, including those classified as having PMLD. The home offers a nurturing environment with a spacious garden, fostering meaningful connections and companionship.
Each day is unique and person‑centred. The role involves personal care, behavioural support, fostering independence, and building positive relationships through effective communication. Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with a wide range of assistance.
Previous experience is not essential; training and qualifications are provided on the job. We seek compassionate individuals who champion the rights, needs, choices, and dreams of residents, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
Work under the Service Manager to meet the needs of residents, promoting high‑quality, personalised care through guidance, development, and learning.

Desirable: recognised health or social care qualification. Essential: willingness and ability to learn, evidence of professional development. Desirable: experience supporting people with disabilities, older people, dementia or mental health needs and working as part of a team.
Essential: handle basic numerical data, use Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook). Desirable: use WCL transport or own transport when required.
Essential: understanding of fairness, safeguarding, positive teamwork, dignity of disability, older people, dementia and mental health; communication skills; listening; interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive relationships. Desirable: planning, organising and prioritising skills; understanding of person‑centred support planning.
