Job summary

We Change Lives, based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our on-site team on a permanent/part-time basis. The role is 19 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour, and requires a full UK driving licence.

We offer a flexible rota and discussion of shifts to suit availability. You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, assist with appointments and community activities, and help residents participate in social outings

About the Role

Park Drive is home to two ladies and one gentleman with learning disabilities who enjoy a variety of hobbies and being part of their local community. We're looking for caring, motivated people who can support them to live fulfilling, independent lives while having fun along the way.

No two days are the same. You'll provide person-centred support, including personal care, promoting independence, supporting behaviour, building confidence, and helping people attend appointments, activities, and social outings using adapted vehicles.
