Job summary

We Change Lives in Warrington is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to provide person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities, including sleep-in shifts.

The role offers a permanent/part-time contract, at £12.71 per hour, with 24 hours per week and benefits such as training, a Blue Light Card, and a refer-a-friend bonus. About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll receive full training to provide a wide range of support, including:

• Supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities

What is a Sleep-In Shift?

Sleep-in care means that you stay overnight at the service so you are available to support residents if an unforeseen need arises during the night.

You will have your own bed, clean bedding and a private area where you can sleep. Sleep-in shifts are designed around the expectation that you will normally be able to sleep through the night, although you may be required to wake and provide support if needed.

£12.71 per hour
