Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Learning Disability Night Support Worker to join our community-based residential care in Warrington. The role involves personal care, behavioural support, and fostering independence for residents with learning and physical disabilities.

Training is provided and you will work across shifts on a two-week rolling rota. We offer nights with enhanced pay, opportunities for development, and access to benefits including health support, discounts, and flexible earning

Qualifications

• Desirable: recognised health or social care qualification.
• Essential: willingness and ability to learn, evidence of professional development.
• Desirable: experience supporting people with disabilities, older people, dementia or mental health needs and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction.
• Participate in supervision, observation, and appraisal processes.
• Provide accurate written reports.
• Follow WCL financial procedures.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote safety in line with policy.
