Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with our People & Culture strategy. This 12-month fixed-term contract role focuses on onboarding, leadership development, and building capability across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders to create accessible learning solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design accessible and inclusive learning solutions across digital, eLearning, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Support onboarding sessions for new colleagues and help them settle in from day one.
• Design and deliver leadership development initiatives and the 'Managing the YH Way' sessions.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships; manage learning projects from scoping to delivery and evaluation.
• Encourage a growth mindset, seek feedback and use insights to improve learning solutions.
