Responsibilities
Support the design, development and delivery of impactful L&D interventions.
Utilise systems to enhance access, efficiency and engagement in learning.
Maintain accurate organisational L&D records.
Skills
Experience designing and delivering high-quality training
Strong IT capability
Ability to manage a varied workload
Ability to build credibility and trust
Education
Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Health & Social Care, or related discipline
2 years’ experience working in Training, L&D, OD or HR
